Mouse Utilities

allows you to program the right and middle mouse buttons to send
virtually any keystroke to the window the mouse is in. Features include
the ability to send simulated left mouse double clicks, independent left
and right mouse button configuration, and the ability to send
keystroke combinations of the Shift/ Alt/Control keys. Requires WIN31.

is a quick exit utility for Windows. It positions a "hot spot" in the
lower right hand corner of your desktop. Clicking on this spot produces
four buttons that allow you to exit Windows, restart Windows, cancel, or

provides instant access to your favorite sound files. Multiple groups
of WAV files can be created by simply dragging and dropping a file onto
one of six buttons. Icons can also be assigned to each individual

is a simple desktop reminder system. It provides a quick visual reminder
of upcoming important events. A list of events is displayed in Month/Day
order with the current date or next most significant date highlighted.

Word Games

is a Windows implementation of the classic wordfind puzzles. You use
the mouse to draw a circle around a word, and words are automatically
removed from the list when you locate them.
Five puzzles are provided, including Christmas, Casino Lingo, Outer
Space, Music, and MacGyver. An on-screen timer displays the elapsed

Clipboard Utilities

(Yet Another Clipboard Collector) remembers up to 1000 characters of the
text that you copy or cut to the Windows Clipboard. It stores the text
in a list box, and to recall information you simply click on an item
and copy it back to the clipboard. This is an invaluable tool if you
do a lot of cutting and pasting.

remove those rarely-used fonts from your system and store them on
floppies or other media. You can then easily reload selected fonts when

lets you program any number of keystrokes into a two-key macro. You
simply use a combination of the slash key (/) followed by any of the
26 letter keys. This can save you lots of time if you have to type in

is a powerful, multi-function clock. Its small display shows the
date/time and free system resources. Other features include multiple
alarms, file launching, system info display, exit/restart Windows

Board Games

2s an interesting variation of peg solitaire. The object is to remove
all the markers but one from the board by jumping over other markers
either horizontally or vertically. You can play a standard game starting
with only one free square, or design your own patterns.
Other features include Dead Balls which must be captured with the final
move, Watch Balls that cannot be moved until there are only two markers
left, instant replay of games at three different speeds, and more.

Word for Windows Tools

enables you to easily create hypertext-like documents in Word for
Windows. This allows users to point and click a highlighted word to
jump to any part of a document. This is an excellent way to automate
references and have on-screen definitions of difficult words.

create a quiz on any subject, and will encode it, play it back, and keep

Video Utilities
Mark Mazurik; $5
is a handy screen capture utility. It allows you to capture an area of
the screen and save it to a BMP file. You can also capture an icon-sized
image and save it as a Windows icon. A zoom option allows you to view a
file up to 400 times its original size.

allows you to predict, track, and update Canadian Football League
games. The 1993 weekly CFL game schedule is included. Estimates of the
offensive/defensive scoring strengths of each team is also included. (An

is a powerful replacement for Program Managers Run dialog. It allows
you to type in commands to run DOS programs, Windows applications, or

A command line editor lets you retrieve previous commands, and commands

change utility, the ability to assign commands to function keys, a
clock/free memory/resource display, and much more.

helps protect your Windows and LAN environment from unauthorized use. It
can lock Windows and require a password at startup, on demand, or after
a user-defined time period.
When locked, all keyboard and mouse activity is restricted. Intruders
are greeted with a flashing red screen, an audible alarm, and deterrent
messages. Other features include screen saver compatibility and an
on-screen record of unauthorized password attempts.
